Business Development Manager (BDM)

Driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market reach. Responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, conducting market research, and negotiating deals to meet sales targets. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Acquisition: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including residential or commercial projects.
• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
• Market Research: Tracking industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to inform strategies.
• Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Negotiation & Closing: Handling negotiations, presenting proposals, and closing deals with clients.
• Collaboration: Working with sales, marketing, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer experience. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Generally 2-5+ years in real estate, sales, or business development.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Real Estate.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of the local real estate market, including property trends.
