We are hiring experienced sales professionals in Kolkata to drive business growth through field sales activities and customer relationship management. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate new business opportunities in the local Kolkata market
2. Meet potential customers and explain products/services
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships
4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
5. Follow up with leads and convert them into business
6. Maintain daily sales reports and market feedback
7. Work closely with the internal team to improve sales performance

Candidate Profile:

1. Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales / Field Sales / Marketing
2. Candidates from BFSI, Insurance, FMCG, Pharma, Telecom, or Any Sales Background can apply
