Role Overview

TGPL is hiring a Female Business Development Manager with proven experience in real estate marketing and residential sales to drive rooftop solar projects for independent homes and bungalows. This is a field-oriented, target-driven role focused on converting homeowners to residential solar solutions.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities include residential solar sales, daily field visits and homeowner meetings, lead generation through both company-provided and self-sourced channels, customer database management, and submission of daily activity reports. Candidates should have prior experience in real estate or residential sales, a strong database of homeowners or bungalow owners, and the ability to consistently work in the field.

Compensation

The compensation package ranges from ₹3–₹6 LPA, comprising a fixed salary plus attractive performance-based incentives, making it a high-growth opportunity in the renewable energy sector.

Activity

Performance is measured through structured KPIs, including daily field visits, new lead generation, qualified meetings, follow-ups, and reporting. Monthly sales KPIs focus on qualified leads, site surveys, proposals, pipeline value, and database accuracy. Revenue KPIs include 4–6 residential closures per month, 40–60 kW capacity sold, and a minimum 20% conversion ratio.

Incentives are linked to monthly capacity targets, with higher payouts for exceeding targets. Additional rewards include incentives for high-value homes, cluster sales, self-generated leads, and quarterly top performers. Qualitative KPIs such as customer satisfaction, documentation quality, and professional conduct are also evaluated.
