Job Description
- 1. Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and develop new business opportunities in institutional and secondary markets.
- Generate leads, follow up, and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management.
- Promote company products and explain technical specifications to customers.
- 2. Field Visits & Market CoverageConduct minimum daily visits as per company policy:
- Institutional visits: Minimum 5 visits per day
- Secondary market (dealer) visits: Minimum 9–10 visits per day
- Ensure proper planning and execution of daily field visits.
- Compensate incomplete visits on the next working day.
- Share live location and visit reports as required.
- 3. Client Relationship ManagementMaintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and institutional clients.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and coordination issues promptly.
- Ensure repeat business and long-term client retention.
- 4. Reporting & DocumentationSubmit daily visit reports, follow-up status, and sales updates to seniors.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, and conversions.
- Update CRM or reporting formats regularly.
