Job Title: Insurance Sales/Business Development Manager


Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Insurance Sales/Business Development Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales agents, and building relationships with clients and partners.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives

- Lead and manage a team of sales agents, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and lead generation

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of sales solutions

- Analyze sales performance and market trends to optimize sales strategies

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies


Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in insurance sales or business development

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams

- Strong understanding of insurance products and market trends

- Excellent leadership, communication, and inter skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills

- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office

- Industry certifications (e.g., CPCU, CLU) preferred


Nice to Have:


- Experience with:

  - Insurance agency management

  - Sales performance management and evaluation

  - Business development and marketing strategies

- Certification in:
