Job Description
To develop and grow government & PSU business by identifying, qualifying, bidding, and winning tenders from Indian Railways, Defence (Army/Paramilitary), PSUs, State & Central Government departments through portals such as GeM, CPPP, Railway e-procurement, etc.
- 3+ years of experience in Government / PSU / Defence / Railway tender sales
- Hands-on experience with GeM Portal (mandatory)
- Experience with Railways / Defence / PSUs / State Govt departments
- Strong understanding of:
- L1 & QCBS tender systems
- Technical vs commercial bids
- EMD / BG / PBG processes
- Experience in textiles, bags, uniforms, footwear, PPE or similar product categories
