  • ๐Ÿ“ˆ Achieve sales targets by promoting Kotak Life Insurance products across assigned territories.
  • ๐Ÿค Develop and manage agency/channel partners to drive business volume and productivity.
  • ๐ŸŽฏ Identify potential clients, conduct meetings, presentations, and close sales.
  • ๐Ÿ“Š Monitor business performance, generate sales reports, and maintain CRM entries.

  • ๐Ÿ’ผ 1โ€“5+ years of experience in insurance sales / financial services / BFSI preferred.
  • ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills.
  • ๐Ÿ“ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • ๐Ÿš€ Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-centric approach.
