Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Partnership Development Manager to spearhead the growth of our referral network. Your primary mission is to identify, onboard, and manage a high-quality network of Referral Associates—specifically Bankers, Chartered Accountants (CAs), and Tax Consultants.

Unlike a traditional sales role, you will act as a "Recruiter for Partners," building a community of financial professionals who can leverage our brand to provide value to their clients while generating a significant, long-term side income for themselves.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Acquisition: Identify and recruit professional "Connectors" (Bankers, CAs, and Financial Consultants) through job portals, LinkedIn, and cold outreach.
  • Ad Campaign Management: Draft and post high-converting advertisements on job sites (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) to attract candidates looking for professional side-income opportunities.
  • Pitching the Vision: Conduct introductory calls and meetings to explain the "Referral Partner Model," emphasizing the long-term revenue sharing and the "zero-conflict" nature of the partnership.
  • Onboarding & Support: Guide new partners through the digital onboarding process and provide them with the necessary marketing tools to refer leads effectively.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for your recruited partners, ensuring they are motivated and informed about our latest product offerings.

Who You Are Looking For (Candidate Profile)

  • Experience: 2–5 years in Franchise Acquisition, Agency Management, or B2B Sales (preferably in Insurance, Broking, or Banking).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills. You must be able to speak the "language" of a CA or a Banker with authority and professionalism.
  • Persuasion: Ability to sell a concept rather than just a product—convincing professionals that this is the best passive income model for their practice.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using LinkedIn , job portals, and CRM tools to track lead generation.
