🎓 Education: Graduate in any discipline

🎯 Age Limit: 21 to 40 years

📊 Experience: Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in Banking, FMCG, Telecom, Insurance, or any field sales profile

👔 Job Role & Responsibilities: Recruit, onboard, and activate life insurance advisors/agents

Train, motivate, and guide advisors to sell life insurance products

Support agents in achieving monthly and annual sales targets

Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews

Monitor field activities and ensure advisor productivity

Build and manage a strong, long-term agency sales team

Maintain customer service standards and compliance
