Business Development Manager (BDM) - Hotel

The Hotel Sales professional is responsible for driving revenue by identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with corporate, leisure, and group clients. This role focuses on selling guest rooms, meeting spaces, events, and hotel services while meeting or exceeding sales targets and enhancing the hotel’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business through prospecting, networking, sales calls, and client visits

Manage and grow existing client accounts to maximize repeat business

Sell guest rooms, conference facilities, banquets, weddings, and group booking

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
