We are looking for a motivated and energetic **Business Development Person (Sales Executive)** for both **Part-Time and Full-Time** roles to help generate student admissions in our local area.

🔹 **Job Responsibilities:**

* Visit schools during school opening hours to promote our institution

* Convince guardians and parents for new admissions

* Conduct local area marketing activities

* Occasionally handle door-to-door promotion

* Build strong relationships with parents, schools, and the community

💰 **Salary & Benefits:**

* Salary: ₹10,000 (based on performance and number of admissions)

* Attractive Incentives on admission( if you full fill the target )

🎓 **Eligibility Criteria:**

* Minimum: Graduation (Passed / Pursuing)

* 12th Passed candidates may also be considered based on communication skills and confidence and convincing power.

* Good communication and convincing ability is a must

🏠 **Residency Requirement:**

* Candidate must be a resident of **Durganagar** or **Dumdum Cantonment**
