Job Role

We are looking for well-connected healthcare professionals / field executives who can build strong relationships with hospitals, doctors and nursing homes and generate patient referrals for homecare services.

The role requires regular hospital visits, networking with doctors, discharge teams and patient families, and converting leads into service bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with hospitals, doctors, clinics and nursing homes

• Generate patient leads for homecare services

• Coordinate with hospital discharge teams for post-operative care cases

• Meet doctors regularly and explain our homecare services

• Convert leads into confirmed bookings

• Work with internal operations team to ensure smooth service delivery

• Maintain a database of hospitals and doctors for continuous business development

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in hospital marketing / healthcare sales / pharma sales / medical equipment sales

• Strong contacts with doctors, hospitals or nursing homes

• Good communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to generate leads and close service bookings

• Self-motivated and target-oriented

Candidates already working in or previously associated with:

Hospital marketing teams

Medical equipment companies

Pharma companies

Diagnostic labs

Healthcare agencies

will be highly preferred.
