🚀 Business Development Associate (Sales) – Kolkata

📍 Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)

🕒 Office Timings: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM | Weekly Off: Thursday (6-day workweek)

💰 Salary: ₹15,000-30,000 + Performance-Based Incentives

What You’ll Do (Your Impact!)


Telecalling & Lead Engagement: Reach out to potential learners, follow up on leads, and convert interest into enrollments.

Consult & Guide: Understand students' career goals and suggest the best learning solutions.

Own the Sales Process: Manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to closing the deal.

Master the Product: Learn about our courses inside out to provide expert advice to students.

Achieve & Earn More: Work towards your targets and unlock exciting incentives!


What We’re Looking For (Your Superpowers!)


Education: Bachelor’s degree required (MBA is a plus!).

Communication: Fluent in English & Hindi, confident speaker, and persuasive communicator.

Sales Drive: High-energy, target-driven mindset with the ability to handle objections and close deals.

Experience: Freshers & candidates with 1+ years in sales are welcome. (EdTech sales is a bonus! also knowledge in astrology and gemstone is bonus)

Resilience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
