Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Drive business growth through recruitment and development of Financial Advisors / Agents
- Plan, monitor, and achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Support advisors with field visits, client meetings, and closures
- Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners
- Ensure policy issuance, renewals, and customer servicing are handled smoothly
- Conduct regular reviews, training sessions, and performance monitoring
- Maintain MIS reports, sales pipelines, and dashboards
- Ensure adherence to HDFC Life policies and IRDA compliance standards
- Required Skills:Strong team-handling and leadership ability
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Target-driven, disciplined, and result-oriented mindset
- Good knowledge of life insurance / BFSI products
- Qualifications:Graduate (MBA preferred)
- Experience in Life Insurance / BFSI sales is mandatory
- IRDA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
