📝 Job Overview: We are hiring an experienced Cafe Manager to handle complete cafe operations, team management, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the cafe.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall cafe operations and staff

• Ensure high-quality customer service

• Handle inventory, billing, and daily reporting

• Maintain hygiene and service standards

• Drive sales and customer satisfaction

📌 Cafe Manager – Key Responsibilities:

• Pricing: Monitor menu pricing, control costs, and ensure profitability

• Pet Pooja App: Manage billing, order entries, reports, and system updates on POS

• Inventory Management: Track stock, place orders, and minimize wastage

• Customer Care: Ensure excellent service, handle feedback and complaints

• Team Management: Supervise staff, manage shifts, and maintain discipline

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Graduate required

• Strictly 7–10 years of experience in cafe management

• Strong leadership and operational skills

• Preferably Kolkata-based candidates
