About UsDoma and Boma Foods Pvt. Ltd. is the team behind Boma Asian Bakery, celebrated for its creative Asian-inspired desserts and premium cakes. We are looking for a skilled Cake Baker who is passionate about quality, precision, and artistic presentation to join our growing bakery team.

• Responsibilities Bake cakes, sponges, and other bakery items according to recipes and production schedules
• Prepare batters, fillings, icings, and decorations to ensure consistent quality and flavor
• Decorate cakes (piping, fondant, glazing) with attention to detail and aesthetics
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of baking stations, tools, and storage areas
• Monitor oven temperatures, baking times, and inventory of ingredients
• Assist in developing and testing new cake flavors and designs for special menus or events
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (FSSAI guidelines)
• QualificationsProven experience as a cake baker, pastry chef, or similar role in a bakery or restaurant
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, cake decoration, and ingredient handling
• Creativity, artistic skills, and attention to detail in presentation
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and festive periods
• Certification or training in baking/pastry
