We are hiring dynamic and motivated individuals for our SBI Dhruva Outbound Sales or Collection process (role to be confirmed upon final selection).

Job Details:

Process Type: Voice Process – Work from Office

Shift Timings: 9-hour rotational shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM (as per roster)

Work Schedule: 6 days a week (rotational), 1 rotational weekly off

Language Requirement: Proficiency in Assamese and Oriya is mandatory

Additional Information:

PMI (Performance Monthly Incentive) applicable for Sales role only
