Job Title: Call Audit Executive

Are you detail-oriented with a knack for spotting insights? Join our team as a Call Audit Executive and play a key role in improving sales quality and performance!

Key Responsibilities:

• Listen to sales calls and evaluate quality, accuracy, and compliance
• Cross-check feedback provided by sales executives
• Share constructive feedback to enhance performance
• Maintain daily audit reports using MS Excel

Requirements:

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience (minimum 6 months preferred)
• Good working knowledge of Advanced MS Excel( V-lookup,Pivot Table etc)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset
• LMS knowledge and hands-on experience is an added advantage

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month
