About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, discreet, and polished Personal Chauffeur to support a UHNI principal. This role demands exceptional driving skills, strong situational awareness, and the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and confidentiality. The ideal candidate is well-spoken, reliable, and deeply familiar with city routes, luxury vehicles, and service etiquette.

Key Responsibilities

Driving & Vehicle Management

• Safely drive the principal and family members to all destinations with punctuality and care.
• Maintain complete familiarity with all major routes, alternate routes, and traffic patterns in Kolkata.
• Ensure the car is always impeccably clean (interior/exterior), fuelled, serviced, and ready for use.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and coordinate servicing, repairs, and detailing.
• Manage logs for kilometres driven, fuel consumption, maintenance, and schedules.

Professional Conduct

• Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Ensure smooth, comfortable rides, adhering to traffic laws and defensive driving practices.
• Handle pick-ups, drop-offs, airport runs, and errands as required.
• Assist with opening doors, carrying items, and any personal protocol duties.
• Maintain calm and efficiency in high-pressure or time-sensitive situations.

Lifestyle & Support

• Coordinate with household staff and personal assistants for daily schedules.
• Be available for extended hours, weekends, or travel when required.
• Provide support during events, meetings, or high-profile engagements.
• RequirementsMinimum 5–10 years of professional driving experience (experience with UHNI or corporate leadership preferred).
• Valid driver’s licence with an excellent driving record.
• Experience handling luxury cars (Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Range Rover, Lexus, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Kolkata routes, shortcuts, and traffic realities.
• Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully.
• Impeccable grooming and professional etiquette.
• High integrity, discipline, and commitment to confidentiality.
• Punctual, dependable, and able to adapt to dynamic schedules.
• Preferred QualificationsTraining in defensive driving or advanced driving courses.
• Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics.
• Prior experience working with UHNI families, diplomats, CXOs, or private offices.
