Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and compassionate Care Assistant / Caregiver to provide daily support and assistance in a residential setting. The candidate must be comfortable staying at the Director’s residence/office premises and be available on-call as required to ensure continuous support and care. The ideal candidate should be responsible, patient, and committed to maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility support
• Provide companionship and general supervision
• Support medication reminders as instructed
• Monitor general well-being and report concerns when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the living space
• Assist with light household duties related to care
• Be available at the residence/office premises and provide support whenever required
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary)
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not mandatory
• Comfortable with live-in arrangement and extended availability (24/7 stay)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, attentive, and respectful attitude
• Compensation & BenefitsMonthly Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹19,000
