Catalogue Co-Ordinator - Designer

KRA: Catalogue Executive – Soft Furnishings

To conceptualize, design, and execute effective product catalogues, visual merchandising materials, and distribution strategies for the Soft Funrnishings categories like Fabrics , Wallpaper & Wooden Flooring

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

1. Catalogue Design & Development

• Coordinate with vendors to send fabrics, lifestyle shot images and data for the product selected for catalogues.
• Develop and manage product photoshoots, ensuring fabric texture, colors, and draping are represented accurately.
• Liaise with catalogue maker vendor to bind catalgues timely as per the brand identity.
• Ensure catalogue content (pricing, SKUs, product descriptions) is accurate, complete, and approved before printing/distribution.
• Plan seasonal launches (e.g., Spring/Summer, Festive, Autumn/Winter) with updated ranges.
• Timely release of each catalogue (as per launch calendar).
• Zero critical errors in pricing/product info.
• Alignment of catalogue aesthetics with brand guidelines.

2. Distribution & Logistics Management

• Develop a systematic distribution plan to ensure timely dispatch of catalogues to all franchisee stores across regions.
• Maintain inventory records of catalogues.
• Recommend process improvements for cost optimization and faster execution.
• Vendor management and basic procurement understanding.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic Adobe tools preferred.
