This role is not for desk managers — it’s for closers who can sell, execute and scale.

The Role (Read Carefully) - This is a hardcore sales + execution role.

You will be responsible for bringing business, closing deals, and delivering flawless events on ground.

If you cannot chase targets, close deals, negotiate margins, or handle pressure — this role is not for you.

What You Will Be Doing

• Sales & Business Hunting
• Actively hunt for event, outdoor catering, corporate & canteen orders
• Cold call, meet decision-makers, pitch aggressively and close deals
• Build a strong pipeline and convert leads into profitable orders
• Own your numbers — targets are non-negotiable

Pricing, Costing & Profit Control

• Prepare costings, quotes and pricing with clear margin focus
• Ensure every order makes money — no loss-making business
• Plan execution with minimal / zero wastage
• Work tightly with kitchen ops to control food cost and yield

Execution & Ownership

• Take complete ownership of events from confirmation to execution
• Lead on-ground execution with kitchen, logistics and service teams
• Handle last-minute changes, pressure situations and client demands
• Ensure timely delivery, quality and client satisfaction — no excuses

Growth & Scale

• Drive month-on-month revenue growth for the Events vertical
• Build repeat business and long-term institutional clients
• Contribute ideas to scale catering operations and sales reach

Who Should Apply

• 4–6 years experience in catering/events/hotel/QSR/institutional food sales
• Proven track record of closing catering or bulk food orders
• Strong understanding of food costing, pricing and wastage control
• Confident communicator — meetings, negotiations, cold calling
• Street-smart, hungry, resilient and target-obsessed
• Someone who wants to build wealth through performance, not fixed salary
