Job Description
1. Finalize monthly and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet & P&L).
2. Conduct internal audits and ensure policy adherence.
3. Perform daily/weekly bank and ledger reconciliations.
4. Verify all transactions (expenses, income, reimbursements) before recording.
5. Handle GST filing (GSTR-1, 3B) and TDS payments/returns.
6. Manage ROC and other statutory compliance.
7. Coordinate with external auditors and prepare audit schedules.
8. Prepare MIS reports (Cash Flow, Project Profitability, Expense Analysis).
9. Manage accounts receivable/payable and monitor aging.
10. Oversee payroll, salary processing, and PF/ESI compliance where applicable.
