Job Description

Location: Kolkata

Experience: 0–5 years

Qualification: Chartered Accountant

Mandatory: Valid Certificate of Practice (COP)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle Income Tax filings, assessments, and tax planning
  • Manage GST compliance, including registrations, returns, and audits
  • Conduct statutory, internal, and tax audits
  • Prepare and review financial statements as per applicable standards
  • Handle ROC/MCA compliances and statutory filings
  • Manage TDS/TCS compliance and returns
  • Represent clients before tax and regulatory authorities
  • Prepare MIS, financial analysis, and reports
  • Coordinate with clients and team members to ensure timely compliance

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of direct & indirect taxation
  • Auditing & accounting expertise
  • Regulatory compliance
  • Client handling & communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
