Chief Operations Officer

As the Chief Operations Manager, you are responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end operational functions of MR Associates under the Kotak Life Insurance agency network. This leadership role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, smooth workflows, compliance with regulatory standards, efficient processes, team performance, and alignment with business objectives. The Chief Operations Manager leads operations strategy and execution to support both sales growth and customer satisfaction.

• 📋 Key Responsibilities1. Operational Leadership & Strategy Lead and supervise all operational functions within the agency office to ensure efficient processes and high productivity. Operations Manager

• Monitor and refine workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and improve turnaround times.
• 2. Team Management & Coordination Manage, mentor, and guide supervisors, associates, and other operations staff for optimal performance.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and ensure continuous team development and training.
