Client Engagemnet Executive

We are looking for an experienced professional with a minimum of one year of experience as a Client Engagement Executive for our telecalling unit, specifically handling bank collection processes. The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with customers who have pending EMIs or outstanding loan repayments and ensure timely recovery through professional and ethical communication.

Applicants must have prior experience in banking collections, loan recovery, credit card collections, or financial services telecalling. A clear understanding of EMI structures, loan repayment cycles, and basic banking terminology is essential. The candidate should be comfortable handling delinquent accounts (soft bucket / early bucket collections preferred), managing follow-ups, and updating call records accurately in the CRM system.

Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and regional languages will be an added advantage. The individual must be target-driven, disciplined, and capable of achieving daily and monthly recovery targets.
