Client Relationship Executive

We are seeking a Client Servicing Executive who will manage existing client relationships while also contributing to new client acquisition. The role involves understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring service delivery, and supporting business growth through lead conversion and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients
• Understand client requirements and prepare project briefs
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
• Ensure timely delivery and high client satisfaction
• Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Assist in new client acquisition through lead follow-ups, meetings, and presentations
• Support sales activities including proposals, quotations, and onboarding of new clients
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
• Maintain client records and reports

Skills & Requirements

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong client handling and relationship management abilities
• Experience in client servicing and/or business development preferred
• Willingness to travel locally and outstation as required
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
• Understanding of IT or Digital Marketing services is an advantage
• Prior experience in IT, digital marketing, or service-based companies
