Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities.

• Lead ManagementManage and update customer data and leads in the CRM system.
• Maintain a structured database of clients and prospects.
• Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Ensure proper data accuracy and regular CRM updates.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide service information.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Address and resolve client concerns or complaints professionally.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Generate leads through calls, referrals, networking, and partnerships.
• Promote company services to potential clients and partners.
• Convert prospective leads into paying customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
• Coordinate with telecalling, marketing, and operations teams.
• Support the sales team in closing deals and achieving targets.
• Follow structured sales processes to maximize conversions.
• Reporting & Performance TrackingPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Monitor lead flow, conversions, and revenue performance.
• Provide insights to improve sales and CRM processes.

Required Skills
