Client Relationship Manager

The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients. The role involves understanding client requirements, ensuring service satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities, and acting as a bridge between the client and the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions or services.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and support.
• Ensure timely delivery of services as per client expectations and agreements.
• Address and resolve client queries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company services.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, support, marketing) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare client reports, performance updates, and feedback analysis.
• Conduct regular client meetings, follow-ups, and relationship-building activities.
• Maintain accurate client records and communication history.
• Work towards achieving client retention and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
• Good presentation and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
