Client Service Executive

Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)

Job Overview: We are looking for a smart, confident and presentable Client Servicing Executive who will be the face of our agency and manage client communication with professionalism and charm. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality to build strong client relationships.

• Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with creative & production teams
• Conduct client meetings and presentations
• Handle calls, emails and follow-ups professionally
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and client satisfaction
• Maintain long-term client relationships
• Assist in business development and lead conversion
• Required Skills: Excellent verbal & written communication skills (English & Bengali/Hindi preferred)
• Smart, confident and well-groomed personality
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of advertising, branding & digital marketing
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask
• MS Office proficiency
• Preferred: Background in Advertising / Media / Marketing
• Experience in client servicing or front desk coordination
