Client Servicing Executive

🔹 Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Client Servicing Executive to lead client relationships, drive campaign execution, and support business growth through sales pitches and strategic account management. The role involves managing corporate events, brand activations, and integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless delivery across digital + on-ground activations.

• 🔹 Key Responsibilities:Manage client servicing and key account management for multiple clients
• Lead end-to-end execution of events, brand activations, and experiential marketing campaigns
• Drive sales support, lead generation, and client acquisition initiatives
• Create and deliver sales pitches, pitch decks, and proposals
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across ATL / BTL activities
• Oversee brand promotions, consumer engagement, and on-ground activations
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth project execution and delivery
• Handle negotiations, budgeting coordination, and timeline management
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and relationship building
• Mentor junior team members and support team performance
• 🔹 Requirements:2-3+ years of experience in event management / advertising agency / brand activation
• Strong expertise in client servicing, key account management, and stakeholder management
• Proven experience in sales pitch presentations, proposal making, and client acquisition
• In-depth knowledge of ATL / BTL, integrated marketing campaigns, and experiential marketing
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
• Leadership and team management capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree.
