.Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced EMI Collection Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers to remind them about their EMI dues, assisting them with payment information, and resolving any related queries. You must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients.
• Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries, and provide information.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a EMI Collection Tele caller , telemarketer, or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in [Languages required, e.g., English, Hindi, Bengali.
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education will be a plus.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, DRA Certificate)
