Job Title: Collection Executive – Call CenterJob Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Collection Executive to join our call center team. The role involves contacting customers to collect outstanding payments, resolving billing issues, and maintaining positive customer relationships while ensuring timely recovery.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers for overdue payment collection
• Follow up on pending payments through calls, emails, and messages
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements as per company policy
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments
• Handle customer queries related to billing and payments
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines
• Update collection status in CRM/dialer system regularly
