Collection Executive / Officer

🔹 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 & 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Overall monitoring of Floor Coordinators deployed at SBI branches under assigned RBO

Conduct surprise branch visits to assess Floor Coordinator performance

Act as a coordination link between Branch, AO/RBO & SBOSS

Track performance and share reports with AO/RBO & SBOSS

Monitor 45–50 Floor Coordinators in assigned area

Minimum 3 visits per month to each Floor Coordinator

Ensure compliance with SBI & SBOSS process

🎓 𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚:

Age: 25 – 45 years

Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)

Experience:

Minimum 2–3 year's experience

Preference: BFSI / Service Industry

Supervisory / Team Handling experience preferred

Language:

✔ Local language – Read / Write / Speak

✔ English – Read / Write
