Collection Team Leader

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Business Development & Team Manager to strengthen our Banking and NBFC portfolio. This role focuses on improving team efficiency, driving team performance, and developing new business portfolios to enhance market presence and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and improve team management practices to boost productivity and collaboration.
• Identify, design, and launch new portfolio offerings for the Banking and NBFC sector.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in banks and NBFCs.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.
• Mentor, train, and guide team members to enhance skills and performance.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
• Ensure smooth execution of projects and efficient service delivery.
• Prepare regular performance and market analysis reports for management review.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Relationship Management in the Banking/NBFC sector.
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience in team management.
• Ability to conceptualize and develop new portfolios.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target-driven with a focus on business growth and team success.
