Job Summary:

We are looking for a Collections Assistant Manager to support daily tele-collection operations for a leading Bank. The role involves team supervision, MIS and reporting, and regular client interaction. Strong Excel and reporting skills are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of tele-collection agents and drive targets
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS using Excel
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for management and clients
• Monitor calls for quality and compliance
• Coach agents on recovery and objection handling
• Handle escalations and support client communication
• Ensure compliance with collection guidelines

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong Excel skills, including:
• VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
• Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts
• Dashboards and performance trackers
• Basic formulas and data validation
• Experience in MIS, reporting, and data analysis
• Client interaction and review call experience
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Knowledge of dialers, CRM, and call monitoring tools

Preferred Industry:

• Banking, NBFC, fintech, or outsourced collection processes
