Job DescriptionHimur Heshel is hiring experienced Commis (1/2/3) to support kitchen operations. The candidate will assist in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining kitchen hygiene as per hospitality standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparation and cooking of dishes
• Handle North Indian and Bengali cuisine
• Follow recipes and kitchen instructions from senior chefs
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and food items
• Support smooth day-to-day kitchen operations
• Eligibility CriteriaEducation: Diploma (Hospitality / Culinary preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a hotel or restaurant kitchen
• Gender: Open to all
• Language: Bengali required, Basic English preferred
