At Qebab Bari, we are looking for a sincere, hardworking and disciplined Commi 3 / Kitchen Helper to support our Tandoor and Indian kitchen operations. As a takeaway-focused kitchen, we value speed, hygiene, consistency and teamwork.

We prefer candidates residing outside Kolkata, as we provide food and accommodation, and selected candidates must stay and work from the accommodation provided by the restaurant.

🔹 Key Responsibilities: Assist the Tandoor Chef in preparation of kebabs, tikka, naan rolls and other Indian takeaway items

• Support in marination, cutting, cleaning, and basic food preparation
• Help in handling tandoor under supervision
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, tandoor area and storage
• Follow portion control and standard recipes
• Assist in stock handling and proper storage of raw materials
• Maintain strict personal hygiene and kitchen discipline
• Support the team during peak takeaway hours

🔹 Candidate Requirements: Basic knowledge of Indian kitchen or tandoor work (preferred)

• Willingness to learn and grow in a professional takeaway kitchen
• Physically fit and able to work long hours
• Honest, disciplined and team-oriented
• Candidates residing outside Kolkata are preferred
• Must be willing to stay in the accommodation provided by the restaurant

🔹 What We Provide: Monthly salary (based on experience)

• Food provided by restaurant
