ENERGY SITE SUPERVISOR KRA 

1. Reading and understanding Drawings for site execution as per drawings.

2. Checking availability of site tools tackels , scaffolding & safety items

3. Making availability of materials as per planned phase wise installation.

4. Making local vendors for local materials supply and local manpower at the time of site visit.

5. Strictly Maintaining the handover timeline

6. Daily reports of Manpower attendance , planned work , final executed work , manpower planning for next day.

7. Reporting non compliance of safety measures at site with timestamp photos.

8. Sending timestamp photos before starting the work and after ending the work on daily basis

9. Sending report of daily measurement

10. Making list of materials needed in coming 7 days

11. Tagging of cables , DB and Switch board marking

12. Earth pit testing 

13. Making Drawing on autocad. 

14. Communicating with client side representative for permissions or clearance.  

15. Keeping records of materials supplied , materials installed and wastage of material
