🔹 Job Role: CounsellorAs a Counsellor, you will be responsible for guiding clients, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into successful enrollments.

• 🔹 Key Responsibilities:Counsel prospective clients and explain company services clearly
• Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online leads
• Follow up with prospects and close sales effectively
• Maintain client data and update CRM regularly
• Achieve individual and team targets
• Provide excellent customer experience and relationship management
• 🔹 Eligibility:Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline
• 0–3 years of experience in counselling, sales, or customer handling (freshers with good communication skills can apply)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and client interaction
