Counter Sales Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to manage sales at the retail counter. The ideal candidate will assist customers, promote products, handle billing, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience while achieving sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Greet customers warmly and understand their requirements
• Display and explain product features, pricing, and offers
• Assist customers in product selection and upselling/cross-selling
• Handle billing, cash, card, UPI, and POS transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and attractive display of the counter and products
• Manage stock at the counter and coordinate for replenishment
• Address customer queries, complaints, and returns politely
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets
• Follow company policies, procedures, and mall guidelines
• Coordinate with the store manager for sales reports and inventory updates
• Preferred Skills:Experience in apparel, electronics, jewellery, FMCG, or lifestyle retail
• Ability to achieve sales targets and handle pressure
• Basic computer knowledge
