Counter Sales Executive

Greet customers and understand their jewellery requirements

Explain gold, diamond, and silver jewellery designs, weight, purity, and pricing

Inform customers about 22K / 18K gold, making charges, wastage, and GST

Assist customers in trying and selecting jewellery

Handle billing and invoicing using POS or manual systems

Update customers about daily gold rates

Maintain proper display and handling of jewellery items

Support stock management (inward, outward, and inventory records)

Explain exchange, buyback, and old gold policies

Resolve customer queries and complaints politely

Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling

Follow shop security and hygiene standards

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
