Job Title: Sales Executive – Retail & Counter Sales

Salary: ₹9000 – ₹12000 per month

Accommodation & Food: Provided by the company

Working Hours: 12 hours per day (including 1-hour lunch break)

About the Company: Balaram Mullick & Radharaman Mullick is a renowned and heritage sweets brand in Kolkata, known for its quality, authenticity, and innovation in traditional Bengali sweets and desserts. We are looking for energetic and customer-oriented individuals to join our retail and counter sales team.

• Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist customers courteously at the retail counter.
• Provide detailed product information and recommend sweets or desserts as per customer preferences.
• Handle billing, packaging, and maintain cleanliness at the counter.
• Ensure proper display and stock arrangement of products.
• Maintain daily sales records and coordinate with the store manager for stock replenishment.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Support team members to ensure smooth retail operations.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum 10th pass (Higher Secondary preferred).

Experience: 0–2 years in retail or counter sales (FMCG/Food industry preferred).

Skills:

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of billing and handling cash or POS machines.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Personal Qualities: Punctual, disciplined, polite, and team-oriented.

• মূল দায়িত্বসমকাউন্টারে গ্রাহকদের আন্তরিকভাবে স্বাগত জানানো ও সাহায্য করা
• গ্রাহকের পছন্দ অনুযায়ী মিষ্টি/ডেজার্ট সাজেস্ট করা
• বিলিং, প্যাকেজিং এবং কাউন্টার পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্ন রাখা
• প্রোডাক্টের সঠিক ডিসপ্লে ও স্টক মেইনটেইন করা
• দৈনন্দিন সেলস রেকর্ড রাখা এবং স্টক রিফিলের জন্য ম্যানেজারের সঙ্গে সমন্বয় করা
• গ্রাহকের প্রশ্ন, মতামত ও অভিযোগ প্রফেশনালি হ্যান্ডেল করা

পুরো টিমকে সহযোগিতা করে রিটেইল অপারেশনস স্মুথ রাখযোগ্যতা:শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা: ন্যূনতম ১০ম পাশ (হায়ার সেকেন্ডারি হলে অগ্রাধিকার)

অভিজ্ঞতা: ০–২ বছর রিটেইল বা কাউন্টার সেলসে (FMCG/ফুড ইন্ডাস্ট্রি হলে ভালো)

দক্ষতা:

• ভালো যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা ও কাস্টমার সার্ভিসে দক্ষ
• বিলিং, ক্যাশ হ্যান্ডলিং বা POS মেশিন সম্পর্কে মৌলিক ধারণা
• দ্রুতগতির পরিবেশে কাজ করার সক্ষমতা
