Restaurant: Qebab Bari (Quick Service Restaurant)

At Qebab Bari, we are looking for energetic, polite and responsible Counter Staff to manage front counter operations at our QSR outlet. As a takeaway-focused restaurant, we value speed, customer service, accuracy, and discipline.

We provide food and accommodation, and candidates who are willing to stay in the accommodation provided by the restaurant will be given preference.

🔹 Key Responsibilities: Attend walk-in customers in a polite and professional manner

• Take orders accurately and suggest add-on items when appropriate
• Handle billing and cash/card/UPI payments responsibly
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery
• Manage online orders (Swiggy/Zomato) efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter area
• Ensure proper packaging and order checking before handover
• Handle basic customer queries and complaints calmly

🔹 Candidate Requirements: Basic communication skills (Bengali/Hindi; English is a plus)

• Friendly personality with customer-handling ability
• Basic knowledge of billing/POS system (preferred but not mandatory)
• Honest, punctual and disciplined
• Willing to work during peak hours
• Candidates willing to stay in the accommodation provided will be preferred

🔹 What We Provide: Monthly salary - 9,000-10,000
