Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Manager at Skipper Furnishings, located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The CRM Manager will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, overseeing market segmentation, driving sales initiatives, and handling project management tasks. The role involves analyzing customer data, implementing CRM strategies, enhancing customer satisfaction, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications

· Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and reporting.

· Excellent Communication skills for effective customer interaction and team collaboration

· Proven experience in Sales and Market Segmentation

· Project Management skills to handle various customer- related projects

· High level of organization and attention to detail

· Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

· Experience in the home furnishings industry is a plus
