BRATMA is growing fast and we need a sharp, energetic, and disciplined Telecaller & CRM Executive who can manage leads, handle marketplace platforms, and convert inquiries into real business.

If you’re good at calling but weak in technology, this job is not for you.

🔹 What You Will Do

Handle inbound & outbound calls from IndiaMART, JustDial, TradeIndia, website, and WhatsApp.

Convert genuine buyers into orders using a clear, confident sales pitch.

Manage CRM: update leads, follow-ups, pipelines, and daily reporting.

Respond to marketplace inquiries in real time and maintain high response scores.

Coordinate with production team for samples, dispatch, quotations, and timelines.

Prepare Excel sheets, quotations, PDFs, and client communication documents.

🔹 What You Must Have

Strong communication in Hindi, English (Bengali preferred).

Excellent computer skills (Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business).

Experience with IndiaMART / TradeIndia / JustDial back-end.

Smart, quick thinker with strong follow-up discipline.

Minimum 1–3 years of B2B calling or marketplace operations experience.
