Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive who will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about our products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally
• Address customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
• Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required
• Meet individual and team performance targets
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in customer service or a similar role (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required
