We are a leading International BPO & IT Company, urgently hiring Freshers and Experienced candidates for our International Voice Process.

• 📌 Open PositionsCustomer Care Executive (CCE) – Freshers & Experienced
• Customer Support Executive – Inbound calling experience preferred
• Senior CCE (Outbound Process) – Experience in international outbound sales/closures
• Team Leader (TL) – Prior experience managing teams in an international process

🎯 Eligibility Criteria

• Fluent English communication (Mandatory)
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass & above
• Age: 18 to 45 years
• Willingness to work in US/Night Shift
• Ability to handle inbound & outbound calls effectively

⏰ Shift Timings

• Evening Shift (Part-Time): 5:30 PM – 9:45 PM
• Night Shift (Full-Time): 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM
• Day Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
