With a team of trained professionals and several years of industry experience, the company specializes in customer support, outbound calling, lead generation, and client management services. The goal is to help businesses improve customer engagement, streamline operations, and increase market reach through efficient communication and support solutions.

Job Role -

We are looking for Customer Care Executives for an Australian Voice Process. The role involves contacting Australian customers, conducting surveys related to Health Insurance and Solar Batteries, and collecting customer responses while maintaining professional communication standards.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Outbound/inbound calls to Australian customers.
  • Conduct survey-based conversations regarding Health Insurance and Solar Battery solutions.
  • Ask structured survey questions and record customer responses accurately.
  • Maintain professional communication and build rapport with customers.
  • Update survey results and customer information in the CRM system.
  • Identify interested customers and pass qualified leads to the concerned team.
  • Maintain daily call targets and quality standards.
  • Follow company guidelines and Australian calling compliance.

Eligibility Criteria -

  • Minimum 10th/12th pass or graduate.
  • Good English communication skills with clear pronunciation.
  • Ability to handle international customers professionally.
  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM/data entry skills.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can both apply.
  • Prior international BPO or voice process experience will be an advantage.

Shift Timing -

  • Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Saturday: Half Day
  • Sunday: Fixed Off
