1. Customer Care Executive (Fresher & Experienced)

- Handle inbound/outbound calls for international process (US Shifts)

- Excellent communication skills in English required

- Full-time night shift (9:30pm-6:30am or 10pm-7am) or part-time (5:30pm-9:45pm)

- Freshers welcome for full-time roles


2. Sr. Customer Care Executive (Experienced)

- Close calls for outbound international sales

- Proven experience in international BPO voice process

- Excellent communication skills in English

- Full-time night shift (9:30pm-6:30am or 10pm-7am)


3. Team Leader (Experienced)

- Lead a team in international process

- Hands-on experience in handling teams

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Full-time night shift (9:30pm-6:30am or 10pm-7am)


Requirements

- Fluent English communication

- 12th pass or above education

- Age 18-45 yrs

- Willing to work night shifts (for full-time roles)
